DELIVERY & RETURNS

Products are shipped regularly within a maximum of 48-72 hours after your order.

Generally, delivery orders are delivered within 5 to 7 working days (Monday to Friday) .

To track your order, your tracking number is available by clicking on the "view my order" link; you will find this link in our order confirmation or shipping confirmation emails.

Note: The tracking information appears approximately 4 days after dispatch.

After placing your order you will receive a first confirmation email and then a second one indicating that your order has been shipped.

Please monitor your order tracking; sometimes your order may be held at the post office, however, the delivery notice may not be present in your mailbox.

Good to know: the post office will keep your parcel for 15 days, after which it will be returned to the sender, and you will then be asked for compensation in order to resend your order.

When you place your order you have a Two-hour deadline to cancel your order, via our contact form in the section, once this period has passed, a refund can only be issued from the date of full receipt of your order at our premises.

This site cannot be held responsible if the delivery address is incomplete or incorrect.
